Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely dispatch
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support outbound shipping processes including loading trucks and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
