Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pack and ship orders with precision and timeliness
- Maintain accurate warehouse records using inventory software
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S organization principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
- Valid California driver's license
