Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent operational delays
- Support cycle counting processes and stock rotation initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
