Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Uphold strict safety protocols in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Stamina for standing/walking 8-10 hours per shift
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
