Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders with barcode scanning systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency during peak seasons
- Participate in remote training modules and digital task management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support quality control processes through visual inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems and remote training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
