Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and systematic stock rotation
- Collaborate in teams to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and Amazon's safety policies at all times
- Optimize workflow efficiency in designated zones (staging, sorting, loading)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation roles)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
