Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in state-of-the-art warehouse systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and automated equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
