Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and other materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort and organize inventory on shelves and in the warehouse.
- Pack and seal products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the receiving of new stock and the preparation of outgoing orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to specific shift role).
