Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking and packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with freight and materials in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, OSHA standards, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and inventory software.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
