Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed conveyor systems and handheld scanners to process customer orders accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare a variety of products for shipment using standard safety procedures.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance goals.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor areas).
