Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Process inventory transactions and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Load/unload delivery trucks and manage dock operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
