Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stockroom organizationOperate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
