Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
