Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
