Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and system updates
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness and organization standards in all work areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
