Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Accurately count, label, and track inventory using barcode scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
