Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to all Amazon safety standards and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Flexibility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
