Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort inventory using handheld scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to Amazon's quality and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
