Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products throughout the facility using material handling equipment
- Scan and sort inventory with precision to maintain accuracy
- Operate machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments
