Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all Amazon safety standards and quality control procedures
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for real-time tracking

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
