Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity
- Conduct regular audits and generate operational reports
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation and delivery coordination
- Manage inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement principles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
