Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Perform inventory checks and stock management tasks.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (e.g., cold storage, climate-controlled).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
