Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Sort, bundle, and stage merchandise for shipment according to delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
