Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and shipping deadlines.
- Conduct quality control checks on packages before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo safety training and certification.
