Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity metrics in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid state driver's license (for PIT operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
