Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 49 pounds (and up to 100 pounds with assistance).
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
