Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from trucks, storage areas, and workstations.
- Sort, organize, and prepare inventory for shipment using scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in various temperatures, including climate-controlled environments and outdoor loading docks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
