Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners and voice-picking technology.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and productivity goals.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing them for shipment.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and outdoor loading docks.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
