Responsibilities
- Select and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify inventory quantities against picking tickets to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
