Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move products efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
