Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize Amazon's proprietary technology systems for order processing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
