Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.8% accuracy rates
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following 5S principles
- Collaborate with day-shift team during handover procedures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
