Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from vehicles, pallets, racks, and shelves.
- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and document recording tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor dock work).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
