Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and are properly labeled and packaged.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
