Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and load trucks for distribution.
- Quality Control: Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and errors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners are highly desired.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols strictly, and a team-oriented mindset.
