Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace organization and safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
