Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and maps.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends as needed.
