Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory management through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas with precise labeling and placement protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
