Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, stack, and retrieve materials in a warehouse environment.
- Load and unload shipments from trailers, trucks, or railcars.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Follow all company safety protocols and log daily activities in the operator logbook.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
