Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- System Updates: Log daily activities and inventory changes into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Basic understanding of forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
