Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick systemsOperate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with warehouse management systems a plus
