Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Load/unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overtime shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (40-85°F)
