Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery targets are met.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quota requirements.
- Load and unload trailers safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
