Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counting, and stock organization.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) to track stock levels accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required (comprehensive training available).
