Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly organized and labeled.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by your certification level.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
