Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily throughput targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various environmental conditions.
