Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Organize stock in designated storage areas for optimal accessibility
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and hazard-free work zones
- Assist with shipping/receiving documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to North Cleveland facility
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to work varied shifts (morning/afternoon)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
