Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment and scanners efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and preparing packages.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility daily.
