As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners are highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
