Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for timely shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse workflow remains uninterrupted.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills required for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
